By accessing GobiLogicSystems.digital, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations in Mongolia. Gobi Logic Systems operates as a specialized IT consultancy. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

02. System Usage & Proprietary Logic

03. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to text, specialized analytics models, design elements, and methodology graphics, is the exclusive property of Gobi Logic Systems. We hold the intellectual property rights for all proprietary data processing workflows displayed on this site.
04. Liability and Data Accuracy
The materials on this website are provided on an 'as is' basis. While we strive for absolute precision in our data reporting, Gobi Logic Systems makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the commercial accuracy or completeness of the analytics generated by users on this public platform.

Any claim relating to Gobi Logic Systems' website shall be governed by the laws of Mongolia without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ulaanbaatar.
