Gobi Logic Systems collects information only when it is essential for the functionality of our analytics services or to maintain the security of our enterprise logic systems. We categorize the data we collect into two distinct streams:
Active Input
Direct identifiers such as name, email, and corporate affiliation provided during consultation requests or platform registration.
System Metadata
Technical logs including IP addresses, browser fingerprints, and interaction timestamps required for load balancing and security auditing.
We do not engage in broad-spectrum data harvesting. Every data point collected is indexed against a specific operational requirement documented in our internal Registry of Processing Activities (RoPA).
Infrastructure Focus
Data resides on encrypted nodes within secure Mongolian facilities.
02 Analytics & Processing Engine
The core of Gobi Logic Systems involves the transformation of raw data into actionable intelligence. When we process information, we adhere to the following logic:
- Purpose Limitation: We use your data only for the purpose of delivering the specific analytics services you contracted or to respond to your direct inquiries.
- Anonymization: Wherever feasible, data processed for long-term logic modeling is stripped of personal identifiers to ensure the privacy of individual subjects.
Disclosure & Retention
Third-Party Policy
We do not sell, trade, or rent personal data. Information is only shared with trusted partners (such as cloud hosting providers) who are contractually bound to the same confidentiality standards as Gobi Logic Systems.
Retention Cycle
We retain identifying information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the operational goals for which it was collected, or as required by Mongolian law regarding financial records and IT auditing.
